After a long time we return to Akross with this Argentine MEP. The idea of this MEP is basically to highlight the samurai, his battles and his life. Special thanks to Kuruta for coordinating this MEP and xDieguitoAMV for her active participation. Well, enjoy it!
Очень хорошо. Почти замечательно. Подозреваю что за счёт выбранного (прям шикарного) муз. трека. Впрочем м/в, всё равно, выполнено на высочайшем уровне. По мне это ещё и отличный экшен. Один из лучших что Я видел. Спокойный, медитативный, вез суматохи и сумбура, сосредоточенный на эстетике сражения.
Жутко тоскливая мелодия для такого экшена, в итоге видео отдельно, музыка отдельно. Сама нарезка в целом неплохая, но музыка всё убила. Заставка с названием студии явно не удалась и плашка Акросса в конце не по центру экрана - бесит ) А вот титры неплохие )
Encruzio thx for your opinion, maybe music is something subjective, since it inspired us in the thematic, it is understandable that others disagree, our ears are different.

Технически очень хорошо. Но это единственный плюс.
as you say, an amv is a set of parts, but I don't think it's just the technique, we also put a lot of focus on the theme and scene selection, there's a story behind the amv or rather a character profile that comes out afloat.
Fynjy A pity that you did not like completely, since this amv tries to revive the old school, it is a risky project that seeks to have its own personality. It's hard for everyone to have that vision, I appreciate your comment, sir.

We would have liked to make a complete "motion", but we thought it would be somewhat monotonous, but we will consider it for future projects, you have a good critical eye. Thanks for the compliment of the poster, I built it with that idea.
В целом нормально. Но местами маски подогнаны плохо по гамме с бекграундами, а местами качество Кеншина, желает оставлять лучшего, так же, стоило наверное более обстоятельно задерживаться на самурайском символизме, раскрывая атмосферу. Нормальный, вполне техничный меп, разве что ни синхра, ни динамика не доведены до совершенства, можно было поработать напильником еще. К первой минуте, или даже чуть больше, претензий нет вообще. Первая минута понравилась.

Motion stuff is really dope here, i wish you could make a full like that. As for the rest, it falls short:
My biggest complain about the music, which feels like it's been used as some background.
Afro Samurai looks out of place here and it ruins that "Japanese" art vibe. In my opinion, source like that draws too much attention because of "blekmen with katana", and it shouldn't be used with other "regular" sources. Close up fights ruining the mood even bigger. It feels like you just used it to "fill" the rest of timeline.
So, in overall it looks really great, but just because of great motion elements. Great poster as well btw. That bleksun sure is symbolic and have a great connection to the video :D

Нормальный, вполне техничный меп, разве что ни синхра, ни динамика не доведены до совершенства, можно было поработать напильником еще.
