I think that using a short anime that is still airing isn't a good thing, is better to wait till the end because you can get more and better scenes, but in this particular case you can use scenes from fate/zero and such.
Short action videos are a great way to make something when you don't have enough time, but the cut felt kinda abrupted to me.
Some scenes weren't nicely choosed, some flap lips and scenes without those great camera angles that ufotable can bring to the world.
But I understood your idea and the sync is very good c:

2.Very good animation quality of source
3.Short length is good personally here

2.I dont give a shit about technique, but here amv just too stripped, like trailer, so with point 1 it's make this amv 1-3 times of watching max.

Good job. 7/10 I like action most and here it's 1-st watchable.
The edit is not bad and the music choice is quite good, the lackluster feeling is only because it is a recap and has no depth or connection to the title. At least, you should have had Archer recite his enchantment at some point if he was meant to be the focus.
Dont rush next time. If only this hadnt been debuted, you could have probably asked for its to be cancelled so you can work on it before the deadline.
