This year for Akross I wanted to make a trance AMV once again, after two years. My last was for Akross 2011, So thought I'll give it a shot again. I differently miss editing to trance, so this was fun. I know the community here prefers effects, concept, and smooth masking transitions. Sadly there's not much here, just matching the lyrics and emotion the best way I can. Thanks for watching, hope you enjoy.

in some places you used to many scenes in few time, and I preferred the second part more!

That was really beautiful, Andrew! I loved the soothing atmosphere, and how you always came back to the element water at one point. I think it's one of my favorite videos of yours. I actually prefer videos without masking transitions, unless the editor really knows what he's doing it's usually just misguiding and interrupting the flow. Thus I think often the more 'simple' method is a better way to go ;) You still chose your scenes carefully, so they'd transition well, so good job! There were maybe like two or three clips/transitions that felt odd, but it doesn't lessen the overall outcome. Maybe next year we'll get a Trance video with story from you? That'd be really neat! (There's nothing wrong with Anime mixes, but you know me, I'm a story person :p ) Anyway, great job ^^

This style seems so boring to edit but it´s so nice to watch.
It´s a good video in my opinion, but it´s not the best dance of this competition. Good luck anyway. 7/10

You pretty much already know what I think Drew but I'll say it again anyway :smile:
I found it very shiny and enjoyable to watch, the flow was very good but at times I felt some clips had quite the difference in speed and I also found the water ripple transition unfitting at certain times. It's just minor complaints though as it was really great overall. Keep up the good work! :biggrin:
