 | [25.01.2014] Inazuchi » Hooked [JazzsVids] | This was well-done editing overall I suppose, however I do not believe there is much to be said about this video. Starting with the positives, you maintained a clean editing-style throughout and a nice progression of the story with your own twist to more accordingly fit the lyrics, which made for an interesting piece of work. However, moving onto the negatives, this video was much like any other generic "love-video" with perversion of the same sort, the music has been repeatedly used in the past and therefore I found that your video did not add much more to the conversation regarding what else can be done with the song, and there was actually some stiffness in the camera utilized. As it stands on its own, this is not a "bad" video so-to-speak, enjoy the praise from your fellow friends, however I feel like I already watched this video thousands of times beforehand, making this average in the Akross collection and highly immature in content.

| [25.01.2014] Inazuchi » Sounding Waves [xDreww] | Speaking strictly from an unbiased standpoint, with disregard to effect-ridden inclination and the stated community preconceptions, I simply found this video extremely forgettable and generic to the point of confusion with any other trance video. From scene usage, delivery, musical pacing, terrible flow and further, this was a bland, pretentious piece of work disguised as a colorful mash-up of animated scenes.
My score: 2/10. Hoping to see improvement from you in the future, because as for the positives, you have an "interesting" development and consistency with colors throughout, which could be played upon in future videos. |
