I can understand why people wonder about the 60 fps when I don't have motion interpolation. I made the switch back in 2013 for a couple of reasons. The main reason was that even if I had the same fps as the source I would have missing frames, because when you make a conversion it's not going to be set on the original timeline as the source so I would see missing frames.
Even if I did 30 fps it was not good enough to fix the problem. Only when I made the switch to 60 fps I would have no missing frames. Also this gave me an advantage when I speed up the clips you will see most if not all of the frames. |
