Is this your first video on sony vegas or something?
If it is, it is very nice for a first try, hope to see more from you when you get more experience.
If you have made more than 6 videos before this one:
Bad effects, lacks dynamics at most part of video, just random battle scenes that have no connection between each other.
I can certainly say that you dropped one of your favorite songs, episodes from your favorite animes (they had subtitles or you downloaded from youtube) and added effects that you know how to do and some sparkles you liked.
