This entire project has been a new experience for me since this was my first crack at doing something with a proper story and concept as well as adding crossover type elements into a video. I've also never entered a contest like akross before so first time for everything I guess!
The general story is Ladd Russo is an insane president who runs a corrupt government and a gang of rebels controlled by Claire rise up to fight him.

like animefanaticboy, I too didn't see the "crossover element", but unlike him I have seen all three animes. from the looks of it, this is just a baccano amv with a few scenes from other animes just because you didn't find them in Baccano, so I don't know if I should call it a crossover amv. but of course that's not the main focus of the amv so pretty much ignore this entire comment
I would have avoided to put part of the credits in the beginning of the video, if you were going to put all the info at the end-
About the video: I get your story. Haven't watched complete any of the anime used, so I don't see the crossover element. Which is a good thing considering that it shouldnt be so obvious for the sake of the video.
It's a nice development, just that you depend too much of the zooms in order to keep the dynamics
