To be francly honest, I really was tempted to close the amv at the middle and I almost did but I desided to give it a second chance and it was worth it. What your AMV was built on the most at the begining is the awesome idea with the sharks and the Ice Age part that made it entertaining, but in the same time, the syncronization between the Audio and the Video werent good at all, they lagged, they were either too long or too short or even were out of place completely, so on A/V I'll give you a 4.
The pirana idea however was halerious and I'm gladly giving you a 9 for that!
The affects that came from the middle to the end of the AMV were decent and made up for the slight lags and misfits of the rhysem of the music and the AMV itself, so affect-wise, you deserve atleast an 8 for creating that cleaver eyecandy.
Overall I'll be giving you a 7 for the simple reason that the affects and ideas made up for the sync of the A/V but not as much as to give you anything higher then that. |

On the creative part I'll give it a 10 any time!
But what really made it hard to watch was using the K-ON girls as Tanecious D that just didnt feel right no matter how I looked at it. The flow wasnt as good either so flow-wise I'll give it an 7.
As for the A/V I will have to say that it fits and in the same time doesnt fit the way they talk and most of the imagery used, so on that I'll have to give them a 6.
Personally what made this AMV work the best is just the consept alone, having the battle with satan from the Tanecious D movie was simply awesome, but unfortunatly good AMVs cannot live on consept and ideas alone. So overall I'll have to give it a 7.5 |

| [30.01.2010] Kiraya » Vortex: Recycled [Multi-Editor Project] | This is one of the more difficulte AMVs I had to rate so far because it was made by so many diffrent styles and methods that gives me a mixed feeling about it. So lets start with this:
The editing between each anime switch is simply awesome, I liked especially how they switched away from Blood+ to Kurozuka, that was simply amaizingly done.
To be francly honest, I didnt like the first part of the AMV, it was connecting well with the rhysem, but it didnt feel right just because what really did connect with the rhysem at the begining were mear affects and not actual flow in the anime itself, personally I dont like the idea but hey, maybe it was something experimental or something.
The flow overall and the connectivity with the AMV and the music's rhysem was made extremely well, and dont get me wrong, I like metal and the guitar preformance in the song was awesome, but isnt there a better type of music you could use for that kind of AMV? Well, once again this part is purely personal opinion-wise, but professional-wise it was done extremely well so the A/V syncronizing would get a 9.5 in my book.
The switching between anime was done excelently so like I said before full 10 out of 10 on that one.
The flow was done extremely well as well, of course what really ruined it for me was the beginning of the AMV so overall on flow I'll give a 9.
Some of the AMV was very hard to watch because of the extremely fast frame change that would be awesome for eyecandy and flow but as a visual consept it turned out too wearing out. But then again, thats back on the flow and it still gets a 9.
The ending was done extremely well and the original animation was halerious, I'll give that a full 10 just because of the idea (although the flow, sticking with the rhysem and concepts were also awesome).
Overall I'll have to give it a 9.5 although I still have sort of a mixed feeling about it, so its really hard to tell for me wether to stick with that or lower it because once again, some of the parts deserve a 8 some deserve a 7 and some deserve a 10, so its really hard to tell when its a Multi-Editore Project at most cases. So still I give it a 9.5 overall. |

Сказать что работа шедевр, и это лучшее АМВ которое довелось увидеть, значит повториться... причем уже далеко не один раз. Так что я наверно просто присоюденюсь к самым самым позитивным из 198-ми комментариев ниже :) |
